Hallo!

My name is Caleb Newfeldt and Welcome to my blog.

At 22 years of age I’ve decided to step out of my comfort zone and into the unfamiliar. This Chapter of my life starts very very very far from home, in the beautiful country of Germany as a volunteer.

I’m from South Africa, where I live with my family who mean everything to me. I love spending time with them and my friends. In my free time, you’ll usually find me playing tennis or hockey, going for a run, or just enjoying the little moments with the people I love.

For the next ten months, I’ll be serving here in Germany as part of my volunteer program with EMS. I’ll be serving in the city of Ulm for the Ev. Auferstehungsgemeinde.

I’m really excited to share my experiences whilst continuously learning about this new culture, meeting new people, growing in my faith, and developing as much as I can along the way.

I’m full of anticipation for everything that’s ahead and can’t wait to share this journey with you. So strap on your seat belt and get ready to learn a thing or too.
