Loretta

Hello everyone,

My name is Loretta Wien-Timah Awani. I come from Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region of Ghana. I am a registered midwife and over the years, I have loved helping mothers bring new life into the world. I am passionate about learning, cultural exchange, and working with people from different backgrounds. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, worship, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

During my time in Germany, I will be serving as a volunteer in Himmesfels, Spangenberg, where I will support and assist with daily tasks and activities for international youth camps, and also help with the operations of hospitality services. I am especially excited about meeting new people and discovering new perspectives.

I look forward to growing personally and professionally through this experience and sharing meaningful moments with the people I meet along the way.

I’m happy to be part of this journey and excited for what lies ahead.
